Brake Performance Kit for NexusPedal Core LC, Core 2 & Core Lite 2 – 10 Springs, Dampers, 1,764 Setups

Brake performance kit: overview

The brake performance kit lets you fully customise how your brake pedal feels – from a soft road car to the rock-hard brake of an F1 or F2 car.

Ten springs, several damping blocks and an aluminium block combine into up to 1,764 configurations, changing both resistance and travel.

Choose a linear brake or a short, stiff one with minimal travel – whatever makes your braking most consistent.

Who the brake performance kit is for

Building a sim racing or flight setup

Base, rim and pedals. In a modular setup the wheel base holds the force feedback motor, the rim clips on with a quick release and the pedals connect to the base or by USB. Rims and pedals must suit your base, and the base decides which platforms are supported.

Direct drive. Direct drive bases attach the rim straight to the motor for the most detailed and strongest feedback. They need a rigid cockpit or a strong desk mount.

Load cell pedals. A load cell brake measures pressure, not travel, like a real car. It is the single upgrade that improves lap-time consistency the most.

Setup and use

1. Open the brake as described in the manual.
2. Fit your chosen springs and blocks.
3. Recalibrate in the configuration software for PC and the mobile app.

Care and maintenance

Keep the parts in their case when not in use.
