Welcome to Metanexus XR. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website metanexusxr.com (the "Site") and any purchase made through it. By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General
These Terms apply to all visitors and customers of the Site. We may update them at any time; the version published on this page is the one that applies, and it governs orders placed after it is posted. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in force.

2. Products, pricing and orders
All orders are subject to availability and to our acceptance. Prices are shown in euros (EUR) and may change without notice; the price that applies is the one displayed when your order is confirmed. Metanexus XR may refuse or cancel an order in the event of a pricing or description error, suspected fraud, or a breach of these Terms, and will refund any amount already paid.

3. Fulfilment
Some products are shipped directly from our suppliers, which can affect delivery times. Estimated handling and delivery times are set out in our Shipping policy. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs or events outside our reasonable control, but we will keep you updated with tracking information.

4. Returns, refunds and warranty
You may return a product for any reason within 14 days of delivery, and headsets and original accessories carry a 2-year limited warranty (1 year for refurbished items), all as described in our Refund policy and on our Warranty page. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

5. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Site lawfully, not to interfere with its operation or security, and not to access it by automated means without our permission. Your account credentials are your responsibility.

6. Product use and liability
AR/VR equipment must be used as intended and in line with the manufacturer's instructions and safety guidance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Metanexus XR is not liable for damage, injury or loss resulting from misuse, from use contrary to those instructions, or from third-party hardware or software. This clause does not exclude any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

7. Intellectual property
All text, images, logos, graphics and layout on the Site are the property of Metanexus XR or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our written permission, other than for the personal, non-commercial use of the store as intended.

8. Governing law and disputes
These Terms and any purchase made through the Site are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. Disputes are subject to the competent Spanish courts.  Before going to court, you can contact us at metanexusxr@gmail.com so we can try to resolve any complaint amicably, and you may also contact the consumer-protection authority of your country of residence
