NexusHaul Truck Simulator: overview
The NexusHaul is a complete truck simulator rig built for drivers who dream of the open road rather than lap records. It puts you high in the cab, hands on a big wheel, chasing the horizon in Euro Truck Simulator 2 and American Truck Simulator.
It combines our 80x40 mm thick-walled black anodised aluminium chassis with the NexusSeat Truck, which brings a suspension feel, full adjustment and long-haul comfort. A quick-change hybrid pedal plate lets you drive with pedals low (truck/GT) or high.
The NexusMount wheel system takes most belt-drive and direct drive wheel bases, and the reinforced chassis is ready for motion systems.

Choosing and building a sim rig
Rigidity first. A cockpit exists so the force your wheel base produces goes into your hands, not into a flexing frame. Direct drive bases need a stiff front mount; aluminium profile rigs (40 mm and 80 mm extrusion with 8 mm slots) are the stiffest and most adjustable, while steel tube rigs are lighter and quicker to assemble.
Driving position. GT position puts you upright with the pedals low; formula position reclines the seat and raises the pedals. Check whether the cockpit, seat bracket and pedal mount allow the position you want.
Plan the extras. Monitor stands, shifter and handbrake mounts, keyboard trays and PC shelves bolt onto most profile rigs. Planning them up front avoids drilling or re-assembling later.
Setup and use
- Assemble the aluminium chassis and fit the truck seat.
- Mount your wheel base on the NexusMount system and pedals on the plate (low position for trucking).
- Fit a shifter on the side mount.
- Set seat height and recline for your screen eye line, then tighten everything.
Care and maintenance
Check bolts after the first week and then monthly. Wipe the anodised profile with a damp cloth; clean the seat with mild soap.

Large items such as cockpits, seats and monitor stands can ship in several boxes, customs or public holidays can occasionally add a few days, and some items ship directly from our supplier.
Returns
