Truck Wheel Clamp – High-Strength Steel, 0–75° Adjustable Angle for Truck Sim Setups

Truck wheel clamp: overview

The truck wheel clamp angles your wheel base so the big truck wheel sits flatter, like in a real cab or bus.

It is built from high-strength steel and adjusts from 0 to 75 degrees.

It installs easily on desks and rigs and suits every NexusDrive Core base.

Mounting on aluminium profile rigs

The 8 mm slot standard. Most modern sim rigs use 40 mm-based aluminium extrusion (40x40, 40x80, 40x160) with 8 mm slots. Mounts fix with M8 bolts and T-nuts that slide into the slot, so they can be moved and re-angled at any time.

Rigidity and access. Mount heavy or high-force devices (handbrakes, shifters, wheel bases) as close to a vertical upright or cross member as possible. Leave room to get in and out of the seat.

Tools. A set of hex keys (mainly 6 mm for M8) covers nearly every mount. Snug every bolt, test, then do a final tightening once the position is right.

Setup and use

1. Bolt the base to the clamp.
2. Mount the clamp on the desk or rig.
3. Set the angle and tighten.

Care and maintenance

Check fixings occasionally.
