NexusView steel tube dual monitor stand: overview

The NexusView steel tube dual monitor stand starts with two screens (up to 80 inches main, 45 inches secondary) and upgrades to three when you are ready, so you never have to replace the base.

Its 2-inch steel tube frame stays steady through aggressive racing, and the adjustable width suits a wide range of monitor and TV sizes.

It is freestanding, so vibration from the rig stays away from the screens. It suits racing titles such as iRacing, Assetto Corsa, Automobilista 2 and rFactor 2, flight sims such as Microsoft Flight Simulator, X-Plane and DCS, and Euro and American Truck Simulator.

Who the nexusView steel tube dual monitor stand is for

Simmers planning to grow:

  • Drivers starting with two screens and moving to triples
  • Flight and truck simmers
  • Home and commercial simulators

Features in detail

Triple-ready

Start dual, add a third screen later.

2" steel tube

Heavy-duty and steady.

Adjustable width

Fits many screen sizes.

Wide VESA support

75 to 400 mm.

Freestanding

No rig vibration.

Compatibility

Works in front of our tube cockpits (NexusRig Classic, Apex, Velocity, Velocity Carbon, GT Hybrid, Compact, Formula, F1 Replica Emerald, Fold), our aluminium profile cockpits (NexusRig Fortress, Formula Hybrid, Titan, Vanguard, Sprint, Rookie, NexusHaul Truck) and other 8 mm T-slot extrusion rigs, and other cockpits or desks.

Monitors and TVs with VESA 75, 100, 200, 300 or 400 mm.

Setting up screens for simulation

Single, triple or VR. A single ultrawide is simple and affordable; three screens give peripheral vision for side-by-side racing; a VR headset gives true depth with no stand at all. Many drivers use screens day to day and VR for immersion.

Distance and field of view. The closer the screens sit to your eyes, the more realistic the field of view. Cockpit-mounted stands move with the rig and keep the distance fixed; freestanding stands keep vibration from bass shakers and motion away from the screens.

Check VESA and weight. Every stand lists the VESA patterns, screen sizes and weight per arm it supports. Curved screens usually need a little more depth on the arms.

Setup and use

  1. Assemble the steel tube frame.
  2. Hang both screens on the VESA plates.
  3. Set width, height and angles; add the third-screen arm later if you want.

Care and maintenance

Check clamp bolts from time to time; wipe the frame with a dry cloth.
