NexusShift Core H: overview

The NexusShift Core H is a solid, CNC-machined H-pattern shifter in anodised aviation-grade aluminium.

It has seven forward gears and reverse, covering everything from classic road cars to trucks and race cars.

A smart downshift assist matches revs for you, so you get smooth downshifts without mastering heel-and-toe – fully selectable and adjustable, and it greatly improves car balance on entry.

Building a sim racing or flight setup

Base, rim and pedals. In a modular setup the wheel base holds the force feedback motor, the rim clips on with a quick release and the pedals connect to the base or by USB. Rims and pedals must suit your base, and the base decides which platforms are supported.

Direct drive. Direct drive bases attach the rim straight to the motor for the most detailed and strongest feedback. They need a rigid cockpit or a strong desk mount.

Load cell pedals. A load cell brake measures pressure, not travel, like a real car. It is the single upgrade that improves lap-time consistency the most.

Setup and use

1. Mount the shifter.
2. Connect USB or RJ11.
3. Enable downshift assist if you like, in the configuration software for PC and the mobile app.

Large items such as cockpits, seats and monitor stands can ship in several boxes, customs or public holidays can occasionally add a few days, and some items ship directly from our supplier.

Returns

Warranty

Products bought from our store are covered by a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If anything goes wrong, email us your order number and a short description or photo and we will handle the claim with you.
