NexusRig Apex Ready-to-Race Sport bundle: overview

The NexusRig Apex Ready-to-Race Sport bundle is a complete racing simulator in one order: the NexusRig Apex cockpit, an integrated monitor stand, a GT fixed fibreglass seat, the NexusDrive Elite Sport (17 Nm) direct drive base, the NexusWheel Open 310 steering wheel and a 200 kg load cell 3-pedal set.

The NexusDrive Elite Sport (17 Nm) delivers 17 Nm with a 22-bit sensor and a high torque-response motor for sharp, detailed feedback with any car and track.

The Apex cockpit is 2-inch steel, assembles in 30 to 60 minutes and is rock solid up to 30 Nm, with a 130 mm ball-bearing wheel slider, a strengthened pedal plate and a left or right shifter mount. Add a screen and a PC and you are racing.

2-inch (51 mm) high-grade steel tubing, 580 mm wide, assembles in 30–60 minutes; nothing between your legs and no wheel side supports needed.

Strengthened pedal plate

Withstands 180 kg of braking without flex; angle and distance adjustable, pre-drilled for the big brands.

Wheel mount with slider

Patented 3-point height/angle adjustment plus 130 mm of ball-bearing slide; the 2-inch tube handles up to 30 Nm.

Choosing and building a sim rig

Rigidity first. A cockpit exists so the force your wheel base produces goes into your hands, not into a flexing frame. Direct drive bases need a stiff front mount; aluminium profile rigs (40 mm and 80 mm extrusion with 8 mm slots) are the stiffest and most adjustable, while steel tube rigs are lighter and quicker to assemble.

Driving position. GT position puts you upright with the pedals low; formula position reclines the seat and raises the pedals. Check whether the cockpit, seat bracket and pedal mount allow the position you want.

Plan the extras. Monitor stands, shifter and handbrake mounts, keyboard trays and PC shelves bolt onto most profile rigs. Planning them up front avoids drilling or re-assembling later.

Setup and use

1. Assemble the Apex cockpit (30–60 minutes).
2. Fit the seat, monitor stand, base (with the motor mount), pedals.
3. Mount your screen and connect everything to your PC.
4. Install the base and pedal software, calibrate and adjust your driving position.

Care and maintenance

Check bolts after the first week and then monthly. Keep the base vents clear. Wipe the steel with a damp cloth.

Shipping

Shipping is free on orders worldwide. Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 4–8 business days in total, with tracking sent by email. Large items such as cockpits, seats and monitor stands can ship in several boxes, customs or public holidays can occasionally add a few days, and some items ship directly from our supplier.

Returns

You have 14 days from delivery to return the product for a refund, for any reason. It must be new, unused and in its original packaging with all accessories and documents. Contact us at metanexusxr@gmail.com with your order number to start the return.

Warranty

Products bought from our store are covered by a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If anything goes wrong, email us your order number and a short description or photo and we will handle the claim with you.
