The NexusQuake haptic motion system lifts your whole cockpit on four actuators and recreates pitch, roll and heave, the forces you feel under braking, cornering and over bumps, for racing and flight simulation.
Each actuator has 150 mm of stroke and moves at up to 300 mm/s with more than 1G of acceleration, and adds vibration up to 200 Hz for kerbs, engine and road texture. The four-actuator platform carries up to 350 kg.
The motion software has official game presets, and its AI motion mode analyses picture and sound in real time to create motion for supported games without native telemetry. An emergency stop and power-off slow descent keep it safe at home.
Simmers ready for real motion:
Pitch, roll and heave.
300 mm/s, over 1G.
Road texture and kerbs.
Four-actuator platform.
Motion for games without telemetry.
E-stop and slow descent on power loss.
Rigs: 4080, 40120 and 40160 European-standard aluminium profile cockpits, such as our NexusRig Fortress, Titan, Vanguard and Sprint (closed-rail 40120/40160 rigs need the NexusQuake profile adapter kit).
AI motion requires Windows 10/11 64-bit and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 (8 GB) or better with 8 GB+ system memory.
Haptics vs motion. Bass shakers turn engine, road and kerb effects into vibration you feel through the seat and pedals. Motion actuators physically move the rig to simulate pitch, roll and heave. Both add information that helps you feel grip.
Power and software. Shakers need an amplifier and a telemetry app such as SimHub; motion systems come with their own controller and software profiles for each game.
Isolation. Keep screens on a freestanding stand and use isolation feet so vibration and motion stay in the rig and not in the floor or the monitors.
Re-lubricate every 6–12 months as described in the manual; keep hands, cables and objects away from the actuators.
