NexusPedal Sport clutch module: overview

This clutch module completes your NexusPedal Sport 2-pedal set, turning it into a full 3-pedal setup for road cars, drift, rally starts and heel-toe technique.

A 12-bit (4096-step) Hall angle sensor gives a smooth, responsive clutch, with an optional 100 kg load cell sensor for dual-sensor feel.

The CNC aluminium pedal plate and body adjust in angle and position, with adjustable spring force and linearity, and it can take a haptic pedal reactor for vibration feedback.

Building a sim racing or flight setup

Base, rim and pedals. In a modular setup the wheel base holds the force feedback motor, the rim clips on with a quick release and the pedals connect to the base or by USB. Rims and pedals must suit your base, and the base decides which platforms are supported.

Direct drive. Direct drive bases attach the rim straight to the motor for the most detailed and strongest feedback. They need a rigid cockpit or a strong desk mount.

Load cell pedals. A load cell brake measures pressure, not travel, like a real car. It is the single upgrade that improves lap-time consistency the most.

Setup and use

1. Mount the module beside your existing pedals.
2. Connect it to the pedal control box.
3. Calibrate in the software and set spring and linearity.

Care and maintenance

Check mounting bolts; keep the sensor area clean.
