NexusPedal Hydraulic EVO: overview
The NexusPedal Hydraulic EVO is our top hydraulic pedal set. Dual-stage hydraulic cylinders with front and rear preload fine-tuning let you set braking bias exactly, and a 20 MPa (about 200 kg) sensor reads every input precisely.
Every pedal is adjustable: throttle travel and force, clutch spring preload and bite-point force, brake front/rear preload – plus pedal spacing, surface angle, panel height and footrest position.
A built-in vibration module adds real-time haptics with native support for iRacing and SimHub, and the whole set is CNC-machined 6061-T6 aluminium, sandblasted and anodised.

Building a sim racing or flight setup
Base, rim and pedals. In a modular setup the wheel base holds the force feedback motor, the rim clips on with a quick release and the pedals connect to the base or by USB. Rims and pedals must suit your base, and the base decides which platforms are supported.
Direct drive. Direct drive bases attach the rim straight to the motor for the most detailed and strongest feedback. They need a rigid cockpit or a strong desk mount.
Load cell pedals. A load cell brake measures pressure, not travel, like a real car. It is the single upgrade that improves lap-time consistency the most.
Setup and use
- Mount the pedals and set spacing, angle and height.
- Connect USB.
- Calibrate and set preloads and bite point in software.
- Enable haptics in SimHub or iRacing.
Care and maintenance
Check mounting bolts regularly; keep the hydraulics clean; never open the hydraulic circuit.

Returns
