NexusPedal Core Lite 2 clutch pedal: overview

Turn your two-pedal NexusPedal Core Lite 2 set into a three-pedal setup with this add-on clutch pedal.

It brings clutch control for manual gearboxes, launches, heel-and-toe downshifts and drifting.

Like the rest of the set it uses a contactless Hall sensor, and you can watch its output and tune travel and curves in the software.

Building a sim racing or flight setup

Base, rim and pedals. In a modular setup the wheel base holds the force feedback motor, the rim clips on with a quick release and the pedals connect to the base or by USB. Rims and pedals must suit your base, and the base decides which platforms are supported.

Direct drive. Direct drive bases attach the rim straight to the motor for the most detailed and strongest feedback. They need a rigid cockpit or a strong desk mount.

Load cell pedals. A load cell brake measures pressure, not travel, like a real car. It is the single upgrade that improves lap-time consistency the most.

Setup and use

1. Mount the clutch on the pedal base.
2. Connect its cable.
3. Calibrate in the configuration software for PC and the mobile app.

Care and maintenance

Keep the pivot clean; check fixings now and then.
