NexusMag magnetic quick-release adapter: overview

The NexusMag is a patented magnetic adapter that connects the NexusWheel GT Carbon and NexusHub X to virtually any direct drive base or third-party quick release using a 50 or 70 mm interface.

32 N of magnetic force holds it securely without tools, and the magnetic connection is more stable for data than a USB-C cable under heavy load and frequent swaps.

It is fully supported by the configuration software for telemetry, displays and modular accessories.

Building a sim racing or flight setup

Base, rim and pedals. In a modular setup the wheel base holds the force feedback motor, the rim clips on with a quick release and the pedals connect to the base or by USB. Rims and pedals must suit your base, and the base decides which platforms are supported.

Direct drive. Direct drive bases attach the rim straight to the motor for the most detailed and strongest feedback. They need a rigid cockpit or a strong desk mount.

Load cell pedals. A load cell brake measures pressure, not travel, like a real car. It is the single upgrade that improves lap-time consistency the most.

Setup and use

1. Fit the adapter to your wheel.
2. Attach it to your base's 50/70 mm quick release.
3. Connect and configure in the software.

Large items such as cockpits, seats and monitor stands can ship in several boxes, customs or public holidays can occasionally add a few days, and some items ship directly from our supplier.

Returns

You have 14 days from delivery to return the product for a refund, for any reason. It must be new, unused and in its original packaging with all accessories and documents. Contact us at metanexusxr@gmail.com with your order number to start the return.

Warranty

Products bought from our store are covered by a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If anything goes wrong, email us your order number and a short description or photo and we will handle the claim with you.
