Dual HOTAS mounts for NexusRig Fold: overview

Turn the NexusRig Fold wheel stand, or an aluminium profile rig, into a flight sim setup with a joystick on one side and a throttle on the other.

Both plates adjust in tilt and position, so you can set a natural arm angle for long flights, combat sessions or space sims.

They bolt straight on with no adapters and have a black powder-coated finish. The stand itself is not included.

Compatibility

Mounting on aluminium profile rigs

The 8 mm slot standard. Most modern sim rigs use 40 mm-based aluminium extrusion (40x40, 40x80, 40x160) with 8 mm slots. Mounts fix with M8 bolts and T-nuts that slide into the slot, so they can be moved and re-angled at any time.

Rigidity and access. Mount heavy or high-force devices (handbrakes, shifters, wheel bases) as close to a vertical upright or cross member as possible. Leave room to get in and out of the seat.

Tools. A set of hex keys (mainly 6 mm for M8) covers nearly every mount. Snug every bolt, test, then do a final tightening once the position is right.

Setup and use

1. Bolt both mounts to the stand or rig.
2. Fit your stick and throttle.
3. Set tilt and position, then tighten.

Care and maintenance

Check bolts regularly and wipe the coating clean with a dry cloth.

Returns

Warranty
