5-Speaker Mount Kit for NexusRig Velocity – Surround Sound Speaker Brackets, All Colourways

5-speaker mount kit for NexusRig Velocity: overview

This kit mounts five speakers around your NexusRig Velocity, so positional surround sound moves with the rig and you hear exactly where rivals and engines are.

The lightweight laser-cut steel brackets are painted matte black and adjust for custom speaker placement.

They fit most speakers with a wall mount on the back, including popular PC surround sets; others can be fixed with double-sided tape.

Mounting on aluminium profile rigs

The 8 mm slot standard. Most modern sim rigs use 40 mm-based aluminium extrusion (40x40, 40x80, 40x160) with 8 mm slots. Mounts fix with M8 bolts and T-nuts that slide into the slot, so they can be moved and re-angled at any time.

Rigidity and access. Mount heavy or high-force devices (handbrakes, shifters, wheel bases) as close to a vertical upright or cross member as possible. Leave room to get in and out of the seat.

Tools. A set of hex keys (mainly 6 mm for M8) covers nearly every mount. Snug every bolt, test, then do a final tightening once the position is right.

Setup and use

1. Fit the brackets to the Velocity frame.
2. Attach your speakers.
3. Route cables along the frame.

Care and maintenance

Check bracket bolts occasionally.
