M8 Adjustment Screws with Black Aluminium Handle – Tool-Free Wheel & Pedal Mount Adjustment, Set of 2

M8 handle screws: overview

These M8 handle screws replace standard bolts on your wheel base or pedal mount, so you can loosen, slide and re-tighten by hand.

The black aluminium handles give plenty of grip and match a black rig.

They are the spare or upgrade part for the direct drive and pedal mounts on our aluminium profile cockpits.

Compatibility

Rigs: NexusRig Sprint, Titan and other aluminium profile cockpits; direct drive and pedal mounts with M8 fixings.

Mounting on aluminium profile rigs

The 8 mm slot standard. Most modern sim rigs use 40 mm-based aluminium extrusion (40x40, 40x80, 40x160) with 8 mm slots. Mounts fix with M8 bolts and T-nuts that slide into the slot, so they can be moved and re-angled at any time.

Rigidity and access. Mount heavy or high-force devices (handbrakes, shifters, wheel bases) as close to a vertical upright or cross member as possible. Leave room to get in and out of the seat.

Tools. A set of hex keys (mainly 6 mm for M8) covers nearly every mount. Snug every bolt, test, then do a final tightening once the position is right.

Setup and use

1. Remove the standard bolt.
2. Fit the handle screw with its T-nut.
3. Adjust and tighten by hand.

Care and maintenance

Do not overtighten by hand under high torque; check them from time to time.
