NexusPedal Sprint 2-pedal set: overview

The NexusPedal Sprint 2-pedal set is a professional load cell pedal set – brake and throttle – for drivers who want force-based braking and deep adjustability.

The brake uses a 120 kg load cell and delivers up to about 65 kg at the pedal plate. Its dual-stage system copies a real pedal: a coil spring for the pad gap, then a progressive elastomer stack for firm, controlled resistance, with multiple stiffness levels.

The throttle is smooth and linear with adjustable travel, preload, height and angle. Both pedals are CNC laser-cut stainless steel on bearing pivots, and software lets you set curves, deadzones and profiles.

Compatibility

PC via USB (controller in the brake pedal). Mounts on aluminium profile rigs and full-frame cockpits. Add the matching clutch to make a 3-pedal set.

Building a sim racing or flight setup

Base, rim and pedals. In a modular setup the wheel base holds the force feedback motor, the rim clips on with a quick release and the pedals connect to the base or by USB. Rims and pedals must suit your base, and the base decides which platforms are supported.

Direct drive. Direct drive bases attach the rim straight to the motor for the most detailed and strongest feedback. They need a rigid cockpit or a strong desk mount.

Load cell pedals. A load cell brake measures pressure, not travel, like a real car. It is the single upgrade that improves lap-time consistency the most.

Setup and use

1. Bolt the pedals to your pedal plate or profile.
2. Set angle, height and travel.
3. Connect USB and tune curves in the software.
