FAQ
Is this the same as the 420 g Giant-Screen Viewer?
No — this one is lighter at 360 g and prioritizes all-day comfort padding; the Giant-Screen model targets the widest field of view instead.
Do I need to remove my phone case?
Most slim cases fit fine in the phone tray; bulky or battery cases may need to come off for a secure fit.
Does this include a warranty?
Yes — standard Metanexus XR coverage applies; see our Warranty and Refund policy pages for full terms.
