This 5-meter link cable for Meta Quest 3 and PICO 4 carries a built-in signal amplifier so USB 3.0 data stays stable over the full length — the key problem with unpowered long VR cables, which often disconnect or throttle past 3 meters.

Why 5 Meters Needs an Amplifier

USB 3.0 signal degrades over passive cable runs longer than about 3 meters, causing dropped frames or fallback to USB 2.0 speeds. This cable's built-in amplifier restores the signal mid-run, so the full 5-meter length still delivers up to 5 Gbps of data plus 3A fast charging — enough room to play seated or roomscale without the PC or power source sitting next to you.

PC Link Streaming

The reversible right-angle USB-C connector plugs into Meta Quest 3, Quest 2, Quest 1, or PICO 4 for PC VR link streaming (Meta Link / PICO's own PC streaming app) while the USB-A end connects to any USB 3.0/3.2 port on your PC. The metal shell and nylon braiding keep the connector shielded and the cable itself resistant to kinks over daily use.

Compatibility

Works with Meta Quest 3, Meta Quest 2, Meta Quest 1, and PICO 4. If the headset disconnects on first use, uninstall and reinstall the PC streaming software and confirm the headset firmware is on the latest version — this resolves the vast majority of first-run link issues on any long VR cable.
